We've tried to filter the most XT specific FAQ from Dave's generic XSLT
FAQ and your question is highly generic ;=)

This was the declaration of the earlier XSLT working drafts, which is no
longer valid with the latest recommendation.

Just replace this line by :

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Tranform"
version="1.0">

and all should work fine !
