What do you mean concretely by "to make the case" ?
I have started defining more precisely the "trivial" tasks assuming that
they were quite "neutral" and generic and will be needed whatever
decision we take (as long as we want to go ahead).
In the meantime, we need to define what we want to achieve.
Is this what you mean ?

It looks like you are way ahead (compared to me)...
I personally still have a long way to go to learn all the lessons from
XT !
