hello.

1) re: a previous email about "expected {x} not {y}"

        ...typo.

2) is the XMLNS-checking a requisite of an XSLT-engine?

        eg:

                if the network-connection goes down,
                 and for those who don't have a network connection,
                  it would be nice to still be able to to XSL-processing.

        ...and i just wanted to double-check if the accessing-the-network that XT does,
on each processing-pass, was a w3c-rec'd thing or not.

        because this is one developer who would really like to disable that, if he can
find the spot and the "how" of it.
