Ken, maybe I'm saying something very strange, but I think that announcing
not prepared contest which then fails *is* misleading.

Maybe your point is that "it was not their idea to fail with the contest?" ...

Well ... In my statement I don't care too much is something misleading
because of stupindess or because of 'bad will'. The results are the same.

I was not saying anything about "they were trying to be misleading in their
press release".
