1. Speed ( especially when you are using XP as a XMLParser ).
2. Reliability.
3. Java binding is robust and easy to debug.
4. XSLProcessorImpl is SAXParser. ( Need to check
what happens in latest versions of Xalan and SAXON,
but have no time for it ).
