hello, all.

a presentation:

        threading is nice.

        it's a good way to keep track of things, in the info-flow.

        XML is what we're apparently all using.
        XSL goes well with it, no?

        XML + SMTP == "seems like a good idea"

   needed:

        1 lightweight
                (&: [ cross-platform , preferably: OSS , definitely: free ] )
            mailer that could be
                (hopefully: easily)
            integrated with something like XT and some shell-scripting,
                maybe with some Java glue betwixt the two.

        or:

                some time to dig:
                        through the JDK 1.3 API docs,
                        | java-code-lib sites | etc.
                   and see what's in there for mailer-building.

        ( ...& hoping that the first option will work... .)

any suggestions?
