hello.

something is happening with XT, the ms-w build, which is causing it to behave
like the following:

command-line:
        xt xmlDoc.xml xslSheet.xsl outFile.html

returns:
        java.io.FileNotFoundException: outFile.html

..?

it works ok for a while, then -- sometimes -- it starts spitting that out, and
doesn't seem able to process the same xml info-set at any later time during the
same system-boot. even if i change "outFile.html" to "out-file.html" or etc.

( as for the non-ms-w, java.normal build of XT ... "classpath" has been a pain,
here. )

hoping to be able to dig further into this, somehow ,
