[team4xt] XT FAQ - Character encoding

Subject: [team4xt] XT FAQ - Character encoding

It appears to me that XT doesn't have support for different output character
encodes, or the support is lacking somewhat. Using ISO-8859-1 and the
British pound sign (£), XT wasn't encoding it the way I wanted it, but Xalan
did. While this topic is covered in the FAQ, I think, it is not clear, and a
simple question and answer (to state XT capabilities in this area) might
prevent some people banging their heads against the wall unnecessarily.
